Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021

Representation ID: 28662

Received: 24/03/2021

Respondent: Ann Binder

Representation Summary:

This site development would have an adverse visual impact on nearby Grade 2 listed buildings. There are privacy concerns regarding the overbearing nature of the proposed dwellings on existing buildings i.e. windows overlooking these properties.
Access to and from Hill Top Road will increase traffic flow which is already vast, particularly in summer and the cricket season when there is no parking available. Both side of the road are full to capacity to start with.

Schools, doctors and dentists are full so how will this be alleviated? what provisions will be made?

How will the site impact on local flora and fauna? Are there any protected species? There is a honey farm nearby. This site would prevent the bees and other pollinators from foraging. As you are all aware, our bees are vital for our existence and are already in steep decline.
