Housing development along Hill Top Rd would without a doubt add to traffic along the Rd - access to schools, shops, Dr's etc would no doubt be accessed by using a car.
We need to be thinking about putting houses up in areas where cars are not needed if we are to successfully meet our carbon emission targets.
I seriously doubt that anyone would walk into the village on regular basis from this proposed site.
