We welcome the allocation of this infill site but would like to amend the site boundary to include the whole site, as per our original submission and our Site Deliverability Request Form, in which we "corrected" BU/013 with BU/13A. I would also point out that the Brooks Ecolgical Report and assessment of the site (previously submitted) clearly shows the whole site on the front cover and at page 3. The Indicative layout we submitted (Phase 1) also showed the whole site and the proposed "specialist housing" (for the elderly - a defined need had previously been identified by the Parish Council) on the southern part of the site. A Local Plan Officer also queried the extent of the Brooks assessment and we clarified it was the whole site. I will attempt to resend/submit copies of the above.
