The development will exacerbate already excessive traffic and congestion volumes, insufficient consideration has been given to these increases amounting from the development and therefore visitors etc. Travel through the village already implicates serious flow issues, increasing issues of safety to both pedestrians and drivers.

I also raise significant concern to either proposed access road, of which any possible solution would cause significant safety issues whilst negotiating onto access roads.
I have concerns regarding how the school will accommodate the increase in school numbers. The school has clearly not got capacity. This would result in an increase in volume during critical school periods clearly increasing a safety risk.

There is also stretched, or lack of, local amenities. Demand is high within existing amenities and it is unlikely it could cope with demand. Therefore the local support aspect will be driven out of Oakworth, the business community would therefore be supported less.
