Wycliffe Green is special to this community
The proposals contravene existing Council policy on open green space.
There is already a serious deficit of amenity green space in Shipley; this plan exacerbates it
The indication that the site will be have a mix of open space and housing is unacceptable and is also contrary to Council policy
The site provides a negligible contribution to the Shipley target allocation of dwellings, the loss of amenity is out of all proportion to any ‘gain’.
