MY CLIENTS SITE AT HARDINGS LANE, ILKLEY REPRESENTS A MORE LOGICAL ALLOCATION FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE PLAN AS OPPOSED TO THE 4 SITES IDENTIFIED AS PREFERRED HOUSING SITES. A PLAN OF MY CLIENTS SITE IS ATTACHED AND A FURTHER JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT WILL BE SUBMITTED IN DUE COURSE PROVIDING DETAILS IN RELATION TO THE VARIOUS SITES, LANDSCAPE AND VISUAL ASPECTS AND GREEN BELT PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES.
