The significant increase in traffic will cause delays in/out of Nab Wood, which is a quiet residential area.
Currently cars park on each side of the road which already creates congestion.
There will be an increased risk of collisions as there will be considerably more traffic.
Roads leading to the site are steep and in winter conditions with snow/ice there are likely to more accidents.
