The area is a designated GREEN BELT site.
The access will be through one road, Glen View Drive which is a narrow street with no other access in or out.
The significant increase in traffic will cause delays in/out of Nab Wood, which is a quiet residential area.
Currently cars park on each side of the road which already creates congestion.
There will be an increased risk of collisions as there will be considerably more traffic.
Roads leading to the site are steep and in winter conditions with snow/ice there are likely to more accidents.

The access will be through one road, onto the A650 which is a busy commuter route which will be dangerous to join.
The delays congestion at the traffic lights installed will be considerable and impact the A650 and the Bingley bypass in both directions.
The significant increase in traffic will cause delays and a 'rat run' through in/out of Nab Wood, which is a quiet residential area.
