The area is already a hotspot for quads and bikes coming from the Homewood Estate. Building houses and roads between will only make access easier.
The schools and doctors in Pudsey are already over subscribed. Adding extra housing without adding extra schools and doctors surgeries is only adding to the problem.
There is now a very limited amount of green space, its loss would be detrimental to the appeal of Pudsey .

.I regularly walk in this beautiful green valley and would hate to see more of it disappear. I just can't believe that there are not other brown-field sites that could be developed first before eradicating green areas. Please try to find other inner-city locations first.
