Land at Queensbury Golf Course should be allocated for housing development. The site is in a sustainable location, near to local shops, schools, amenities, facilities and a bus stop, as well as directly abutting a proposal allocation QB4/H. There is no difference in the location and sustainability of the golf course site and the QB4/H..

The land at Queensbury golf club should be included in the local plan,it is an ideal site to provide a substantial addition to the Bradford housing stock and will blend in with the Bellway estate nearly next door which sold out rapidly, and is next door to proposal allocation QB4/H so therefore the same criteria should apply The village is well supplied with all the necessary amenities and would provide a large number of houses without you being bombarded with NIMBYs.the site has good transport links, without occupiers having to use narrow roads to access the site, again avoiding traffic congestion.
