Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021

SH3/H - Wycliffe Road

Representation ID: 4819

Received: 24/03/2021

Respondent: Go Beyond Consulting

Representation Summary:

This area is a highly valued green space - extremely well used by local residents for outdoor exercise and recreation. The people who use this most do not have gardens of their own in the densely urban environment. (You have already stated that we do not have enough open sport/park and garden spaces in this area). Children need space where they can play outdoors, and exercise safely close to their homes.

SH4/H - Glenview Drive, Bankfield Road, Nabwood

Representation ID: 5141

Received: 24/03/2021

Respondent: Go Beyond Consulting

Representation Summary:

I object to the proposed development due to the following considerations:
• Avoidable loss of greenbelt. (Much brown-field with development potential has been omitted from this plan)
• Worsened Air quality
• Loss of heritage value
• Loss of Habitat
• Too far from central services and amenities.
• Undesitable Urban sprawl.
I have attached a supplementary document explaining my objections in more detail.
