I object to the proposed development due to the following considerations:
• Avoidable loss of greenbelt. (Much brown-field with development potential has been omitted from this plan)
• Worsened Air quality
• Loss of heritage value
• Loss of Habitat
• Too far from central services and amenities.
• Undesitable Urban sprawl.
