I object to SH4/5/6 due to loss of green spaces for the local area. The impact the development will have on wildlife habitats, existing flooding issues and air pollution is significant. Similarly the infrastructure to support such development does not exist and would increase pressure on already stretched schools and health services. The traffic impact of any further development would be significant in Saltaire which given the existing rates of air pollution exceed current targets would only deteriorate further. Brownfield sites should be prioritised, similarly consideration should be given to traffic routes and how neighbouring areas would be impacted negatively by any such development.
