As a local resident, we have been having problems with water courses running from the hillside creating an ice rink along Wensley Bank Terrace. This is currently under investigation with highways and the senior engineer.
The road is permanently saturated and I fear building houses will only add to the problem. The water courses need to be thoroughly investigated before allowing this development to go ahead. (Photos can be provided of the problem).
