Representation Summary:

Road and area cannot support a further 142 houses.

Moss Carr Road is incredibly busy with parked cars, and is effectively one-way with cars having to wait to pass. Addition of 103 homes at KY18/H is bad enough. Further homes at KY19/H will made congestion unacceptable. Children play in this area and with more cars there will be more accidents.

The bridge over the river at Park Lane is extremely busy with buses, cars and lorries travelling into Long Lee, Parkwood and over to Harden. The bridge is almost one vehicle at a time. Requirements to tackle this bridge as part of new housing developments has never materialised and developments have still been built. When will this be addressed?

Long Lee does not have the capacity in schools, shops, amenities to support additional homes.

Will impact on village life as well as farmers and farm vehicles.
