My parents introduced us to the Bronte heritage of Thornton when we were very young and I visit often. As well as being a popular tourist spot this proposed developments is in an area of beauty. Bradford is a city that has suffered in the past from opportunistic developments without due diligence being given to the preservation of its heritage. I trust that the lessons from the past have been learned and the proposed planning for this area in Thornton will be refused.
