The reason I bought my house were the fields and views. These plans would mean that these houses would back onto my garden, which is unacceptable. My house price would go down, the noice level and traffic would increase, whilst we have children on this street. This is a village and the access route according to the plans would be up Close Head Drive, which is not built or wide for that amount of traffic. The fields are full of wild life, foxes, birds, sheep etc and this would ruin the environment. It already pours from the field and would flood our garden with any work on these fields. It is also a Bronte walk way and during lockdown, all walk ways were extremely busy, without another 50 houses being built, which wouldn’t, be affordable housing. Also anti social behaviour
