Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021
Representation ID: 1068

Respondent: Mrs Janet Carruth
Representation Summary:
Thornton has lovely green belt land which should be honoured. Once its gone its gone, no going back. Building houses on the route of the Bronte Way is a crime on our heritage. Also 150 houses means 300+ people which adds to the pressure on local services. Doctors, dentists and education cant cope now so it would add an enormous strain on these precious services. There are plenty of places to build on brown belt land which wont damage our green inheritance but it wont help with our infrastructure problems.
