The local infrastructure is already overloaded.
Additional traffic in this area when the road is already massively overcrowded will be hazardous.
This also has to be considered in the context of the new garden centre which creates traffic chaos in its own right.
Even more risk to emergency services delays such as urgent cardiac transfer to Leeds.
Creation of urban sprawl and a huge negative for tourism.
Green space is a lifeline for many and at times of mental health crisis and must be preserved for the enjoyment of both locals and visitors.
