I would like to object to the above planning application for additional housing for the following reasons:

1) The land is currently part of a very loved and used greenbelt area that in such an urban area needs protecting for the mental and physical health of the local residents.

2) The land is a haven for protected animals and plants such as hedgehogs, deer, rare orchids. This is also very close to ancient woodland, which would be put at additional risk.

3) The road infrastructure is residential and in my opinion not able to cope with the additional traffic that would be generated both in the building of these houses and ongoing by the new residents.

4) The area is close to an area that can be prone to flooding and I believe that building on this site would increase this risk.
