The road infrastructure is not suitable nor safe for these homes to be built and poses risk to pedestrians as well as children in the area, for example local parks.

There is risk posed to local wildlife of which there are protected species (bats)

The land on which these homes are planned is known to have previously been coal mines making the homes potentially unsafe.
The quality of life in the area will also be diminished.
