Needless use of green field site, especially when it will not have good access. The current road network isn't sufficient to support increased traffic flows, regardless of whether the access issue was resolved. Additionally, there are unacceptable ramifications for ground stability and drainage, habitats will be degraded, the site will result in loss of agricultural land and natural views and the plan generally does not respect the zero-carbon future Council policy.
