Loss of natural view down the valley. Loss of wildlife habitat. Loss of privacy for adjoining properties. This land has been used for growing animal feeds in the past, that facility will be lost. Affect and stress on local infrastructure due to lack of local infrastructure. Loss of more Green belt land for dwellings, once it's gone it will never come back. Use of brownfield sites more acceptable rather than loss of greenfield. Any access will impact the local community on Branksome Drive and Grove. Additional air pollution from dwellings and vehicles as mentioned in sustainability appraisal. Additional noise pollution. Additional local road congestion. Will have the effect of making the current dwellings part of an estate which I believe current owners do not want. Not in line with council policy of zero carbon future, development will make this goal harder to attain. Development not welcomed locally.
