Ilkley is a sensitive landscape
Flood risk - fields are always wet. Further building will create more problems. Climate emergency more flooding in the future
Proposal is incompatible with zero carbon future- more people will bring in more commuters
Inadequate infrastructure- education, access, sewage systems and transport
Impact on countryside- Ilkley moor, wildlife, trees
