Loss of Green belt & narrowing the gap to Burley will change the feel of Ilkley.
-Increased traffic & pollution: locally and passing through the heart of Ilkley.
-Ilkley's Victoria sewage plant discharges every third day into the river (granted clean water status) development adds to the problem.
-Every opportunity to reuse brown field sites/unoccupied houses must be exhausted?
-Sites are: wet
