Although I believe that the “ Meadowside” development will be allowed, as many of the arguments being put forward by the local residents are invalid, I wondered if a comment from you is appropriate to perhaps reduce the number of houses in the planning proposal in order to protect the remaining lower section of Ladderbanks Lane? Bridleway Baildon 17. The top section has suffered hugely with incursion of extended domestic boundary fences, exclusion of light and ground water, all from the original 1960/70’s building. The bottom section to Tong Park, although poorly fenced is still bounded by very mature trees, original walls and an ope aspect. I feel it should have a protected status an wide margin. This route also, importantly, links two authorities.
