Lack of local amenities.

Very poor transport links - Low Bridge at Coney Lane is inadequate increased traffic and the bus service is only hourly, despite locals lobbying the bus company.
Loss of greenfield/belt sites – erosion of character

No evidence of local demand for extra houses

KY18/H 103 Houses off Moss Carr Road has progressed as far as to have an application for outline planning permission (19/04151/MAO) pending consideration.

Poor land drainage, pollution hazards from old mine workings, loss of habitat for wildlife, poor local roads etc please refer to these detailed and considered objections against this proposed major development.

Also we note that the council owned land at Moss Carr Crags is not designated as CO1 Open Space and Recreation on the plan even though it has a clear metal notice identifying it as 'Moss Carr Recreation Ground' and children play on this area.
