Very poor transport links - Low Bridge at Coney Lane is inadequate for increased traffic and the bus service is only hourly, despite locals lobbying the bus company.

Loss of greenfield/belt sites – will result in the erosion of the village's character and further loss of valuable green open spaces.

No evidence of local demand for extra houses.
