Moss Carr Road is already incredibly busy with parked cars, and much of the street is effectively a one way system now, where only a single car can pass at any one time.

Impact on local road and traffic - bridge over the river at the bottom of Park Lane is also single track and has huge amounts of traffic due to buses, cars, lorries and more travelling this way both into Long Lee, Parkwood and over into Harden and beyond.

Lack of local facilities (1 school, 1 pub, 1 shop) in Long Lee to support proposals.
