Particularly SH4/H but some comments apply to SH5/H & SH6/H.
This is currently part of the green corridor through the area and used by much wildlife. Building on these plots will restrict the ability of deer and foxes to move around. The access for 164 houses to be along a relatively narrow access will cause additional congestion on an already overused rat run. All three plans are likely to increase the flooding issues experienced over the last few years in the Aire Vally
