Losing the green belt to all these building projects.
Additional traffic will cause more pollution in the area.namely air pollution and noise pollution.
The additional problem of the extra traffic on this narrow road due to the extra houses proposed to be built.
Invasive noise and pollution from the proposed building site.
Disruption due to new sewage pipes,water pipes ,electric supply lines,gas mains all to be supplied going up this narrow road.
