Hi, Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concerns. The area of heights Lane proposed for development is a mistake due to firstly the road isnt safe for pedestrians and too narrow for residential traffic. I do not agree that the buffer to the listed Prince of Wales park is sufficient. This area has a natural beauty that cannot be sacrificed and potentially ruined. I firmly reject this proposal and hope that another more suitable site can be found.
