1. Increased traffic on Bowman Road and Avenue could cause problems at the junction with Halifax Road.
2. There is already difficulty parking here for people wanting to pick up children from St. Winefride's school, and this could be exacerbated.
3. The number of houses proposed for the land area seems rather excessive.
4. The present green space improves the well being of children at the adjacent school and those using the right of way through the field,
which is an important factor.
5. There are bats in this area, which may be an issue to consider.
