REF B14/H Heights lane west and B18/H Heights lane. I live very near this proposed development.It will cause an unacceptable increase in traffic on a very narrow and winding lane .Park road roundabout through the village in all directions was not designed to take the amount of traffic that will result from this development.
It will cause increased drain overload and flooding the area all the around is full of underground springs
Loss of green belt and wide open spaces will increase air and environmental pollution.
Cause destruction and loss of wildlife in numerous forms.
The area is not on a public bus route which will encourage more car traffic in the village.
This is green belt land which should not be build on the council needs to re think this strategy and identify non green belt land for housing needs.
