Encroachment onto Green belt land, at the boundary of Ilkley; if this application is successful, the sprawl of housing between Burley and Ben Rhydding increases and my worry is this will continue to erode the green belt. Recent developments such as Stansfield Close, Emmandjay Court etc have already added strain on local infrastructure, notable schools, GP surgeries and roads. Finally, the map shown is out of date and unrepresentative of the local area - notably Stansfield Close, a significant development is missing.
