We are against further erosion of green belt and would prefer better use is made of the many derelict & brown field sites in the area.

Perhaps more importantly we are already appalled at the level of traffic congestion/speeding in the wider Shipley area but specifically in the Nab Wood/Cottingley districts. Made significantly worse at school and rush hour times. Unless traffic flow improvements come first then this development will only make things worse.
