Green Belt land. Destruction and loss of wildlife in numerous forms. Increased traffic volumes and parking issues on Park Road roundabout and through Eldwick village in all directions. Further overload to local crowded schools and GP surgeries. Increased air and environmental pollution. Increased drainage overload and flooding. Increased building sprawl, loss of green space.
