Representation ID: 14881

Received: 21/03/2021

Respondent: Nadine Clements

Representation Summary:

The area is one of outstanding beauty and green space for people to walk and clear their minds in this busy life. We desperately need more open space for mental health Issues.

Green belt land and so free from building.

Wildlife impacts - Bats, kite hawks, foxes, rabbits, deer, Owls, woodpeckers moor hens, partridges, badgers, and numerous varieties of birds

A path which had direct access from the end of Meadowside Road was re-routed to the edge of the field by the council/landowner. Photographic proof that the original path was accessible from the middle of the edge of the field. This should have been kept in place as a public right of way

Traffic congestion - Langley lane is extremely busy during schools times and if emergency vehicles were needed they would be unable to access part of the estate.

Extra traffic/congestion on Langley Lane would result from more houses.
