Unnecessary green belt development - brownfield sites across Bradford must be considered first.
Surface water flooding - natural ground drainage replaced by impermeable surfaces.
Limited facilities - no apparent plans to account for increased number of residents. Schools, doctors and pharmacies.
Dangerous traffic access - junction of Valley Drive and Wheatley Lane already unsafe due to poor visibility. Another access road to IL3/H would exacerbate this.
