Ok to build house in keeping with the surrounding properties but not on the churches car park. Why must everyone cram as many houses as possible into every vacant piece of land. All to do with money I guess, the more house the council can get into towns like Ilkley the higher the rates take!
Use up redundant commercial land and buildings first in places like Bradford and Leeds.
