Access would cause increased traffic in nab wood which is used already as a rat run and compromise safety. There would be only vehicular easy access causing increased carbon emissions.
Central shipley i.e. fox corner sites more suitable as within walking distance of bus and rail links Bradford and Leeds.
I would challenge the illogical choice of using our open green spaces which will forever change our landscape.
A much better option would be to use disused buildings and develop them into unique housing to fit in with the environment around the area not on the green spaces.
