This plan is very short sighted and ill thought out for the whole of Bradford not just clayton which is my concern

? money to fund this plan

Infrastructure cant cope with any more building of houses, would require significant changes for Clayton to cope

roads not suitable, struggle to get out of clayton roads so congested-only 2 roads out

utilities- drains old and not sufficient for current housing- flooding now occurs
schools lack of
GP and Dentist insufficient
green space required for mental health as demonstrated in 2020/21 pandemic
pollution lack of clean air
