This is encroaching on the greenbelt area and is over-development of a site of this size.
Will lead to increased traffic congestion and accidents in the local area. 130 houses would lead to almost 300 more cars in the local area.
Increased pressure on local amenities such as schools (in particular Ben Rhydding Primary and IGS) , doctors, dentists and parking near train station.
Loss of wildlife habit.

This is also a very steep site unsuitable for large scale development
