An increase on pressure on roads (and especially on buses, which may be decreasing due to lower use following the pandemic)
An increase on school intakes which is currently high in the area already
A threat to wildlife, in particular urban foxes which are known to live there, as well as badgers which have been spotted
An increase in crime due to the area becoming more densely populated.
An increase in parking issues.
