Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021

Representation ID: 159

Received: 14/02/2021

Respondent: Mr Amir Akhtar

Representation Summary:

The development will impact the wildlife that currently resides in the area. The increase in traffic will increase the air and noise pollution in the area as well as adding to the risk of road accidents and congestion. There is a small stream that runs from the woodland area down to the housing areas. The removal of the trees and the building of houses will hugely impact this natural flow and overflow and destroy nearby garden. There will also be a reduced level of privacy and increased potential for criminal activity.
