We are extremely concerned about the additional traffic this would cause. Nab Wood is used as a regular rat run from Cottingley New to Bradford Rd. Any access must be via Cottingley New Road to avoid huge traffic implications. This is also one of the few green spaces left in our area and a natural habitat for numerous birds and animals. We should be keeping Green Belt land ! The local schools are over subscribed as it is, without adding more housing. We very strongly object to these plans, they should not go ahead!
