Representation Summary:

Oakworth is already over developed with no further housing needed (no jobs) with new housing estates Hareton Way and council owned Fletcher/Worth Valley Court with Bradshaw Park still under construction.
There is inadequate infrastructure, heavy traffic causing congestion going through the village. Already a strain on schools, shops and Healthcare.
There has been a loss of green belt including trees, wildlife and environmental concerns arise should this continue
Let us not forget, open spaces are a substantial gain for supporting mental well being for all who live and visit here and lead us through Covid19.

Other more suitable land, sites mills, building underused that would enhance the area be better suited for conversion adding value and income to such areas and still be close to jobs, amenities and transport links.
