This proposal is absolutely ludicrous - these fields frequently flood following rain. Access is proposed from Wheatley Lane - 150 cars going in and out at the point of a junction with Valley Drive with reduced visibility looking up Wheatley Lane towards the railway bridge due to the bend in the road there. 150 houses is not sustainable on this site and will impose implications for additional student numbers at local schools.
