It is currently a beautiful open space, part part of what makes the area a nice place to walk and relax; with permissive paths linking this to other areas around the golf course; 130 dwellings (especially in combination with IL3/H proposal for 155 dwellings) will place huge burden on the local services including trains and schools. The trains to Leeds/ Bradford - especially Leeds - are already over full and cannot be increased in size as the platforms wouldn't allow it and the trains are a fixed set of 4 carriages. The secondary school is already over stretched yet your proposals hear (and the Burley in Wharfedale Sun Lane proposal) will place huge demand on the schools and surrounding infrastructure.
