Given that Ben Rhydding has one butchers shop, one cafe and one pub, any residents of this proposed development would be likely to drive frequently to Ilkley. So you,re proposing to put an extra 155 cars on the roads of a town with a recognised parking problem. Which is madness.
Additionally any dwellings to the north end of this development will inevitably flood, as anybody round here could tell you. Those fields are flooded several times a year.
