There is no h in Stockeld Road. Please amend.

This is a bad idea. The only housing built here would be luxury housing, The chance of affordable housing (which is what the town desperately needs) is nil. Furthermore, any development here would significantly detract from the visual amenity of the area, specifically the view to the moors when crossing the Old Bridge from the north. The site is also too close to the adjacent Church.
